Can not recieve mails from some mailservers

Can not recieve mails from some mailservers

Hi,

I have a problem recieving mails of some mailservers.

The domain is alexander-knoop.de I set the MX-Records (at OVH) as told in your FAQ and I can recieve Mails from Google or web.de with no problem.

If I send a mail from my university (kit.edu) it is not delievered and after 24 hours, I got an information (in my KIT-Inbox) that my message could not yet been delievered. Same problem at some services where I wanted to use my mail-address (didn't recieve anything from some services).

I don't know how to find out if the problem is at my DNS-Provider (OVH) or here at zoho. I already tried to add SPF (via TXT-Record) to the DNS and added an domain key.

This is my private domain, but we are planning to move to zoho with our company but therefore we have to make sure that every mail sent to us is also delivered to us.
