I receive the message that said the recipient count exceeds limit and shows an unlock button with a input field.

However, I can not see the image for unlock. (Please refer to the attached, the button title is "unlock me" and you can see the image near by the input field is "?".) 

Please help to unlock ryan.lin@tripplus.cc account. Thanks.
