Can not send but can receive email.

Can not send but can receive email.

So I've been trying to send a copy of my latest pay slip to my accountant but it never gets through. He sent me a copy of his email address to me, just to make sure I had the address right. So I can receive emails, just not send them. 

Anyone got any ideas on why this is?
