CAN NOT SEND EMAIL, OUTGOING SERVER IS DISABLED (PLEASE HELP)

We can not sent any email since december 23rd 2016

for first time when outgoing is disabled, there a notice if its only for paid user, but when we upgrade from free to paid, still there any notice said :

Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com

Please help us to resolved the problem, as soon as possible. Thanks for your help
