I need some assistance as I am unable to send emails from my home office. It works on my phone or tablet but just not on my laptop, it simply freezes in a state of "sending email" without actually going any further. I can receive emails ok.

On top of that my multi toolbar extension for use while writing emails does not work at all not even here while writing. 

Any advice or assistance will be greatly appreciated. I've tried disabling firewall, could it possibly be a virus?
