Can not send to G Suite email address

Can not send to G Suite email address

My Zoho mail can send email to a Gmail address but can't do that for a Gsuite email address ( name@domain.com). Here is the error notification:  Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. 
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error.

Also, how can I get to the initial wizard for Zoho mail?
