I know this is a common issue so I have looked through the other posts about this but no luck with my specific issue.

I am trying to upload from a local mysql instance into zoho using the UploadFromDB .bat file. I have edited all 3 of the configuartion files and made sure that the parameters are correct.  I have tried both running the .bat directly and tried running it from the command prompt. On cmd I get the below attached error. Please review if you can and provide some insight. 

Also attached to help with your info are my 2 of the 3 configuration files. Cant attach more than 3 files sadly so no query one for right now. (and yes I renamed the extensions of the common params and db connection params so it would allow me to upload). 

All I am trying to do is a basic select * from 2 different tables and have them create 2 new tables in zoho. I have created the DB provided its name in the sql queries configuration file.  Don't really know what to do with the given error.  I do know that if I can get this to work I will be upgrading to enterprise as my team will all need access to the reports I am trying to generate.
