Can not use MOVE TO option on a morning. Then it starts working when it wants to!!!

Hi

Every morning when I log in I go through my emails and print out as necessary then I would like to tidy my in box and put the emails in the correct folder.
However on a morning this drop down box does not work!!
The all of a sudden for no reason it starts to work.
How do I make sure that this drop down option works all of the time?
