Hi,  I have received a notice that may email is going to stop working because I have almost used all my 5GB of free storage. I deleted a lot of emails together with my junk mail but I could not make it work. 

Now I could neither receive nor send emails from my Mac Mail client.  Because my pop account has been blocked.

I would be so obliged to you if you could help me out to solve the problem.
