Can one change/add criteria (other than email) when checking for duplicates when importing leads?

Can one change/add criteria (other than email) when checking for duplicates when importing leads?

Hi,

In our company, there are clients that use the same email address but have different establishments/companies (with different names) which are seen as separate entities. Unfortunately, when importing these leads, they are seen as duplicates (due to the same email address) and so a large proportion of our data is not imported.

Is there a way to increase the criteria for duplicate search to email AND company name when importing leads to avoid this situation?
