Can only the administrator edit applications

Can only the administrator edit applications

Hi,

I am currently using zoho creator whereby my colleague is the administrator. She has shared the application with me and set me up as a developer with the permissions of editing adding and deleting files. However the administrator has the option to edit applications (on her home page she has edit, duplicate... buttons I don't) and has a whole range of other tools that I don't have e.g setting up relationships and the ability to change fields.

My question is can only the administrator have these privleges or can I and other simultaneous users have the capability to fully edit applications?
