Can prices be entered for a tiered price in a rows and columns format?

Can prices be entered for a tiered price in a rows and columns format?

We buy and sell based on tiered price lists and quantities and products can have an option.  We have thousands of items

i.e as below.

Can prices be entered in table format directly without having to calculate discounts per quantity break? i.e rows and columns?

T-Shirt                    25            50            100            250            500
Unbranded            $5.00          $4.00        $3.80         $3.50         $3.40
One colour print     $6.00          $5.00        $4.80         $4.50         $4.40
