Can receive e-mails/gmails but cannot send mails as coming from my company account
Hi,
I cannot send emails through Zoho CRM using my company address as the "from" address (thus not a Zoho email address). When tried I get the following code:
Error while processing the request! Unable to connect SMTP server:smtp.gmail.com Reason:Authentication failed:535-5.7.8 Username and Password not accepted. Learn more at 535 5.7.8 http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?answer=14257 fs1sm1094018pdb.16 - gsmtp
However the user name and password I use are definitely correct (e.g. Zoho CRM is picking up emails from my inbox).
I have an other Zoho account as well and the settings there are identically entered and in this other account I can send emails so they come from the correct address.
What do I need to change?
