Can receive email but not send in Windows mail

Hello

I have just created an email account with you and am trying to set it up in Windows Mail.

I am running Windows 7. I can receive but not send.

This is the error message

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was ' belinda007@zoho.com'.

Subject 'Testing back'

Server Error: 530

Server Response: 530 5.5.1 Authentication Required.
