can security in professional edition do this?

We have a field on all our accounts called Account Type. The type of account equals our different lines of business, let's call them ServiceA, ServiceB, ServiceC.

I have a new rep who only supports ServiceB, is there a way that I can restrict them so they only see accounts where Account Type = ServiceB?

I am using Professional Edition, can I do this?
