Can see all records and entries, but can no longer create or edit.

Can see all records and entries, but can no longer create or edit.

I recently had to reformat my hard drive and start from scratch.  I was successfully using Zoho CRM prior to the reformatting but since have not been able to create new records or edit existing ones.  I have cleared every cache that I can find but have had no luck.

Any suggestions on what may be causing this problem?  Thanks.
