I am having problem with my email account. I can send but cannot receive emails. When checked with MXTOOLBOX, it points out the problem being {No A Record} as follows:

Pref	Hostname	IP Address	TTL
10	mx.soho.com	{No A Record}	5 min	Blacklist Check      SMTP Test
20	mx2.soho.com	{No A Record}	5 min	Blacklist Check      SMTP Test

How can I solver the IP Address problem? The domain DNS management is handled by Cloudflare, not by the registrar.
