Can Send Email, but not receive.

I've seen this issue on the forum, but there doesn't seem to be a resolution aside from Zoho staff reviewing the account.  I'll try anyway:
 
I've just signed up for the email hosting through Zoho.  I already had a domain from GoDaddy.  Following the setup instructions, I've gotten to a point where I can send an email from the Zoho account to anyone, but I cannot receive any emails into the Zoho account.
 
I've checked the DNS Zone File and have checked the Cname host.  It points directly to the appropriate email account and likewise, when entered into the URL, opens up my Zoho email. 
 
Next, I checked the MX.  I have priority 10 assigned to mx.zohomail.com and priority 20 assigned to mx2.zohomail.com.
 
The domain, rhhistory.org, has been verified with Zoho.
 
Is it Zoho or GoDaddy that is blocking the incoming emails?
