Can send email, but not recieve on business acct set up myname@mydomain.com. Any thoughts?

I verified by domain, enabled account for email, added myself as user and changed my MX records at my domain hosting yesterday.  I sent a test message and it was delivered, but cannot receive emails in zoho mail.  Any thoughts?  I am a free user, but do not receive so many emails(250?) per day that my account would get banned.
