Can send email from zoho but can't receive

Can send email from zoho but can't receive

1)this is the error I get from gmail when I try to send an email from my gmail to our domains email.

2) this is my current mx records

3)my cname records

4)my txt records

5) I have already validated my domain

What am I doing wrong or how do I fix this?
