I want to create an email address for myself freya@eatcleanlivedirty.com.au & my partner chris@eatcleanlivedirty.com.au and an email for our marking touchbase@eatcleanlivedirty.com.au which we both receive but we respond via our freya or chris emails. I have created a second user for Chris and put chris@eatcleanlivedirty.com.au as his primary email, I have added the email freya@eatcleanlivedirty.com.au to my user and I have created a group with both of us for the email touchable@eatcleanlivedirty.com.au. Firstly is this the correct way to do what I am trying to do?

We can send emails but we cannot receive them, I have looked and gone through all of the online question and answers and waited a day and they are still not working. Please help.
