Have been trying to investigate and troubleshoot this but no luck on resolution as yet. Could someone please advise how to go about this? I can send emails but can't receive. Each time I try to send email to our support account, support@bhooce.com, it returned as Failed. 

Have also checked our mx records using this : mx:bhooce.com and it returned okay.
