I have updated the MX records on godaddy and connected the domain. I have checked via mxtoolbox.com and they are pointing to zoho, yet I cannot receive any mail to either account. The error I get says that IMAP has not been enabled (it has, i've triple checked) and that my login info may be incorrect (this is supposed to be the main login info on zoho correct? I login to zoho using
jennijane@thistlefern.com and a password, so I should use that for both email address server logins correct?)
