Can Send Mail but not Recieve

Can Send Mail but not Recieve

Hello,

I recently purchased a domain through wordpress and wish to use Zoho for my email purposes. After a few days of not receiving emails, I realized that I am able to send them, but not receive them.

I took a look with MXTools, and a diagnostics gave me this message:

"Connecting to 66.155.9.238
6/5/2014 1:40:48 PM Connection attempt #1 - Unable to connect after 15 seconds. [15.04 sec]

So I gather that it's not able to connect to the SMTP server through wordpress, but I'm not really sure what to do about it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
