Can't access any email account

Hi there,

I have just created a lite account, added the Cname and MX records but I still can't access any of the 5 user's email box created.

I got the below error message:

HTTP Status 401 - Unauthorized access

type Status report

message Unauthorized access

description This request requires HTTP authentication (Unauthorized access).
