Can't access mail - asking me to sign up

Can't access mail - asking me to sign up

I am trying to get to my email and have signed in, but it is prompting me to register my domain and start a new account.  I have already set up my domain and have been using zoho mail for month, but now I can't access any of my information such as mail, calendar, etc.
