Can't access my POP3

Can't access my POP3

Hello, I changed my password recently for my zoho and the new password works when I try to sign in on the web browser, but my Mail app / Windows live mail won't connect even though I have put in the new password on each of them.

I set up two auth system and set up allow only my IP address as well, could one of those be conflicting with my POP3 keep saying invalid password? or does it take a while for it to update for POP3 when you change your password?
