Can't access my report!

Can't access my report!

Have clients I send a Potential/Activities report to weekly and have been doing so for months....two columns...one for Subject and the other for Activities summary by date. Last week when I tried to access my custom report I received an error notice..."sorry for inconvenience". Contacted support on two occasions and they remotely tried to pull up/create my report only to say they can't as have a software issue to resolve which could take a month to accomplish!!! I don't understand why I have been able to use this report up until now...my client relationships are taking a serious hit. I have significant data entered and can't get it out in the format I and they are accustomed to. I was told my only alternativeI would be to print out a separate individual report for each Potential and each individual activity/event that has taken place associated with that specific Potential...not possible with the number of Potentials am working. Anyone have a suggestion? I can't go for a month without reporting to my clients. Thanks!
