Hi All,
I've been experiencing this issue for some time, in a lot of different area's of Zoho CRM.
When trying to access a link from another area, I receive the following:
The record(s) you are trying to access is not available.
Following could be the reasons:
- You do not have permissions to access this record(s).
- The record(s) could have been deleted from Zoho CRM.
For example.
I have just created a new lead (of which I am the owner)
I have then created a new follow up Task.
When I click the title of the task to open it, the above error is displayed.
However....
If I go the the Open Tasks section on my home page, and click on the same Task there, it opens with no problem.
Any suggestions why this only happens when opening the Task from within the Lead?
