Hello Guys,
I am new to Zoho and using zoho since a month back, I was able to see and edit all the contact details of all patients/customers but for the last one week i cant do that although i tried logged in my account using different pcs , i also asked my administrator either he prohibited me to access contact details but he said he allowed me to view and edit contact details but still whenever i search any contact name this message appears.
The record(s) you are trying to access is not available.
Following could be the reasons:
- You do not have permissions to access this record(s).
- The record(s) could have been deleted from Zoho CRM.
I am trying to be in contact with zoho and want zoho support team to solve the issue asap.
