Can't add Calendar item

Can't add Calendar item

I just signed up for a free Zoho Projects account to test the features.  I can't add anything to the calendar.  Am I missing something obvious?

I checked the instructions at http://www.zoho.com/projects/help/create-events.htmlbut it does not do anything on mouseover like the users guide says it should.
