Can't add .com domain, getting error about free domain.

Can't add .com domain, getting error about free domain.

I am trying to add my domain schwartzeyecare.com to my account but I keep getting an error "Sorry! Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml etc., are not supported."

I emailed support 4 days ago but I haven't heard back yet. I see other people are running into the same issue, what is the reason for this?
