Can't add new domains; error: "Sorry! Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml etc., are not supported."

I have tried repeatedly to add two more domains to my account. Both end in .com (so are obviously not "free"). Each time I get a red error that says: "Sorry! Free domains with extensions such as .tk, .cf, .ml etc., are not supported." This error prevents me from adding the domains to my account.

I first wrote to you about this on Tuesday. I have now sent you at least 4 or 5 messages about this issue. And, yes, I did include a screenshot. Today I finally received a reply saying: "Sorry that we inadvertently missed a response to you. We don't see any screenshots in your email for reference. Please try to add the domains and attach a screenshot if the problem still shows up so we can look into it and guide you."

I immediately replied that I had included a screenshot (you apparently missed it) and added the screenshot as an attachment again. (Yes, I am still having the problem. It didn't just magically fix itself. Yes, I have checked repeatedly every day this week, including right before I replied to you and again right before posting this in the forum.)

It has now been over 7 hours since I replied to your message and I have heard nothing back and the problem still exists. (Just checked it one more time.) I know it's not user error, because I have successfully added 8 domains to my account already, using the exact same process. Also, I've noticed others have reported this issue on your forum.

Seems to me that you should escalate this issue and actually fix it. In addition, perhaps you could upgrade your support ticket system so that you aren't "inadvertently missing" multiple emails from your paying customers. A typical support desk program allows customers to post a private support ticket and add replies to it, and the tickets stay open until the problem is marked resolved. This is far more effective than emailing you repeatedly or posting in a public forum.

Please look at my email address and then look at the emails I've sent to your support address to see the domains I'm trying to add. (And if that doesn't work, blame it on your lack of a proper support ticket system.)
