Can't complete sign up

We have been trying to sign up for Zoho mail with two different domains, but for both it says we have already signed up and can't continue to the verification process. We don't know what account would have already signed up with Zoho. We need help to finish the sign up as it won't let us login in and there is no password reset as we never finished the original setup for either domain.

Every time we fill out the sign up form for either, it says an account already exists for them, but they don't. When we originally did it, we signed up, were waiting for the verification code for the number, but when we tried to go back to fill it, it asked us to sign up again.
