I'm trying to configure a e-mail account hosted here in Zoho to use in Outlook 2013.
I'm following EVERY step found here:
https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html, however, an error occurs:
Iniciar sessão no servidor de receção de correio (IMAP): Não é possível estabelecer uma ligação segura com o servidor.
Enviar mensagem de correio eletrónico de teste: O servidor não suporta o tipo de encriptação da ligação especificado. Tente alterar o método de encriptação. Contacte o administrador do servidor de correio ou o fornecedor de serviços Internet (ISP) para obter assistência adicional.
This is in portuguese, which i translate below:
Initiate session on mail receive server (IMAP): It was not possible to establish a secure connection with the server.
Send test mail: Server dows not suport the specified encryption type. Try to change the encryption method. Contact server administrator blah blah blah, blah blah blah.
