Can't Configure POP or IMAP in Ubuntu

Trying to get the Ubuntu built in Thunderbird client to work with my zoho account.  I keep getting the "Thunderbird failed to find the settings for your email account" message.

I have previously used Thunderbird with Windows and found it quite easy to configure.  I have a screenshot with the error, but I'd prefer no to post it publicly.
