Can't connect Zoho account to Outlook
Hi,
Outlook can't connect to my Zoho account, either with IMAP or POP. I've used the Zoho server settings as indicated on your website (
https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/outlook-imap-access.html), both IMAP and POP are enabled in the Zoho control panel, and TFA is disabled. Outlook doesn't give a specific error, it just endlessly asks me for my username and password and refuses to connect.
Can you please help me with this?
