Can't creat Zoho mail a/c

Can't creat Zoho mail a/c

I have created a email id himanshugoyal@zoho.com but i am not using it since long time and i don't even remember weather i had deactivated it. But when i try to log in now and click on forgot password, it says that this id does not exist you can signup. And when i click on signup, it says this id is not available.
What should i do?
