Can't create a mail id -sending it to invitation list

Can't create a mail id -sending it to invitation list

Can't create mail id 'mail@iplanetsolutions.com', when I try to create this mail id it sends to the invitation list. But I haven't created any ID with this name.I can create other emails in this domain. Please resolve it.
