Can't create a user in Zoho CRM

Hi,

I have a user igodoy@dribest.com in my Zoho Mail and Zoho Account, but I need to activate it also as CRM Zoho User, but it's impossible for me.

I've tried a lot of ways, but nothing happends.

Can you help me please? My organization is Dribest
