Can't create new account on behalf of customers

Hi, I run a webdesign-company, and quite often help my customers create Zoho Email accounts. 
But when I try to create a new account (by adding a domain at https://mail.zoho.com/mailsignup.do?plan=free), I get an "Access denied"-message. 
Access is denied no matter what email-adress I enter into the sign-up-form.
It seems that somehow my computer/IP-adress has been blocked from creating new Zoho accounts.. maybe because I already have an account. I have tried to clear browser-cache, but I doesn't help. 
If I try to create an account from a different computer at a different address, it works withot problems.

How do I get unblocked, so that I can continue to help my customers creating Zoho Accounts?
