One of my users can't delete notes on one of his sales account, even if he belongs to a profile with the permission to delete notes. I've double checked under the Users & permission tab. He has no trouble with delete the whole sales account, but when he press delete note he gets the following error message:

"Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator."

 

What do I have to do to give him permission rights to delete notes? Please help!
