I tried to add an email alias via
https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#profile/useremails. It added but it doesn't work. I now tried to delete it but I get the prompt to contact admin to delete. I now try to access admin via
https://mailadmin.zoho.com/cpanel/index.do#mailaccounts and discover the intended alias is not on the Mailbox Alias list. I tried to add it here and I get the prompt "Alias Email id already exists". Please what do i do now?
