Can't edit dashboards

Hi, I'm trying to edit the dashboards that I've created but I can't. I'm not receiving any error message.

Using Chrome - When editing "my dashboards" I receive a blank page instead of the dashboard page.

Using IE - I'm able to see the dashboard and start the "Edit" process, once I want to add an image into it, the pop up window never insert the image.

Any idea?
