Can't file a support case- error on Zoho Support page

I've been trying to file a support case regarding the Priority level dropdown menu, but there's no "Submit" button on my support page, and at the bottom of the support submission page, it keeps saying "Error on page".
 
Anyway, my issue is:
 
When I select the dropdown to select the Priority Level (high, medium, etc), the menu occasionally shows up, and when it does, I can't choose any level whatsover. It's not loading properly, and it just disappears. This has been going on more than three weeks.
 
I tried to get a screenshot, but could not.
 
Sometimes, I do have email that needs to be marked Priority, and I need this dropdown to work all the time.
