Can't find email setup

I've setup email for my crm account (i'm hosting my domain email with zoho as well). (i've used it to send email, so it works)

I'm trying to find the settings to troubleshoot a problem (sent emails not showing up) and following these directions:

but the path (setup->personal settings->email settings) doesn't exist on my crm account.

Help?
