Can't find the Mail Policy link in Control Panel?

Hi Zoho,

I have a sender who is having trouble getting an attachment to me and I can't find anywhere to see or set attachment size limits. When I search for help on this issue I find references to setting a Mail Policy but my Control Panel doesn't show an option for that. Where do I go to see what my Mail Policy settings are?
