Can't get IMAP access.

Hello,

I seem to be having trouble setting up IMAP email in Thunderbird and my iPhone.  I keep getting a "check username or password" error for both.

So far I've: 1. Verified that IMAP is set to enable on my Zoho settings page.
                2. Verified all my server settings are correct in both devices - for both incoming and outbound servers
                3. Set up temporary POP accounts on both devices to see if that was working - which it did flawlessly.

So what might be going on? POP works but IMAP doesn't even though I took the same steps for both (barring the only difference which is the POP port is 995 and the IMAP port is 993).

The only other thing I could think of is that Zoho doesn't allow IMAP if the domain isn't also hosted on Zoho, but I haven't read anything that says that.

Please help!
