Can't get into any Creator databases for two days now

Can't get into any Creator databases for two days now

Suddenly, I cannot modify any of my 9 databases.  I can see the data but can only SEARCH.  If I click on SIGN IN, and I successfully sign-in, nothing changes.  I still only can search.

Without being able to get into the databases, I cannot get into ACCESS THIS APPLICATION (?) so I can't make any changes to the format or fields or try to see what the problems are.

PLEASE help ASAP.
