can't get mail

Hi there,

For the past 36 hours I can't get mail for either of my Zoho accounts on my Mac or on my iPhone. On the iPhone, the error message reads:

Cannot Get Mail

The mail server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in Mail settings.

I have not changed any settings on either the phone or computer.

When do you expect to have this fixed? It's annoying to have to check via webmail (at least that is working) especially since I can only be logged into one account at a time.
